Questions to ask any rental company
- Which exact vehicle will I receive? Ask for its plate, current photos, drivetrain and dated tyre information.
- What is insured, what is excluded, and what are the excess and third-party limits? Ask specifically about tyres, wheels and glass.
- What is the written total, including pickup, return, taxes and optional extras? Distinguish a booking prepayment from a security deposit.
- Is my exact itinerary permitted for these dates and this vehicle? Ask how weather, road closures and damage to roads affect permission.
- What confirms my booking, how will I receive confirmation, and what is refunded if I cancel? Get the agreement before payment.
